More than just a house, Villa 25 is a true oasis just a few kilometers from the center of Campos do Jordão, and you only have to walk through the gate to see for yourself.
Right from the start, the sound of one of the property’s waterfalls – which has two rivers – shows that the refuge is an invitation to spend days totally immersed in nature. There are 17,000 square meters of land, with greenery as far as the eye can see and hundreds of trees that serve as homes for various birds, including toucans and woodpeckers.
Inside, the house is bright, with that cozy atmosphere that goes so well with country addresses. Think of an elegant design – the villa was the venue for Casa Cor Campos de Jordão – marked by windows in the best English style, signed furniture and works of art with a regional touch.

The project, signed by Italian architect Gian Carlo Gasperini, seems to be a reference to Spanish villas, where patios offer al fresco lunches and other good moments of conviviality.
