Visiting Paraty is a cultural treat and staying in Villa 12 makes the cultural experience even more special. The villa is ideally located near Paraty’s main pier and within walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. The villa’s owner is co-founder of one of Brazil’s top interior design agencies and he has ensured it is tastefully decorated with exquisite antique furniture and art.

This elegant villa has six en-suite bedrooms, an open plan kitchen and bright rooms overlooking an internal garden with a pool…this is a rarity in Paraty houses. It is an oasis from which to escape the world and recharge your batteries. The staff includes a cook, a cleaner and a waiter.

We recommend you hire the villa’s boat with its skipper, to visit the many stunning bays and tropical islands in the area.
