Búzios Villa 02

Villa 2 de Búzios is located on the seafront in Manguinhos, an excellent beach for wind sports, a 15-minute drive from the trendy centre of Búzios, which has charming restaurants, shops and bars in its cobbled streets.

With its beachy style, super charming and cosy, you can see the appreciation in every detail, such as the impeccable garden and the arrangement of each piece of furniture and decorative object, which bring comfort and practicality to the house.

A large garden that stretches down to the sea guarantees fun for children and adults alike. After a refreshing dip in the sea, the terrace is one of the cosiest places in the house to have a coffee and relax while enjoying the exuberant view of the beach. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, a game of beach tennis or a kitesurfing lesson is invigorating.

Ilhabela, Villa 19

The story of Villa 19, a house in the northern part of Ilhabela, is a special one. It is an old fisherman’s house that has been restored and expanded by the celebrated Italian-Brazilian architect Miguel Forte, without leaving its essence behind. There are, for example, the adobe walls and other details full of bossa that give the place its authenticity.

And how can we not mention its location? The refuge occupies a large plot of land right on the sand, inside a small condominium on Pinto beach. The breeze is constant and everything revolves around the view of the calm, crystal-clear sea. It’s the sea that steals the show during lunches under the almond tree, dips in the pool, relaxing moments on the terrace or cooking sessions in the gourmet area. To top it all off, how about a delightful lawn with a thousand trees?

Villa 19 is one of those cozy, uncomplicated hideaways, just what the most authentic beach houses call for. Airy, bright and with a number of cozy corners to immerse yourself in the climate of shade and fresh water.

Ilheus Villa 01

This villa is located on a coastal farm near Ilhéus. It is a 40 minute drive from Ilhéus airport and then a short drive along a dirt road to the gates of the property. You can reach the villa from the mangrove along a river or from the beach depending on the tide.

The scenery around the villa is breathtaking as it is located on a 10km stretch of deserted beach. The house is unpretentious and tastefully decorated. The owner is an artist and her colourful printed fabrics are spread around the house on cushions, pictures and other items, which gives the house a colourful, relaxed atmosphere. Every detail has been thought of in the lay out of this fabulous villa, including the large glass windows and a fantastic team.

If you can drag yourself away from the pool, or from one of the sun loungers under a coconut tree, you can walk along a footpath to a gorgeous crystal clear lake on the property. This is ideal for swimming or simply meditating on the deck overlooking the water. Whatever you choose to do, we are certain of one thing, this property is as close to paradise as you can get.

Interlagos, Villa 01

Located within the exclusive Interlagos condominium, this stunning villa combines leisure facilities, top security, and the convenience of being just 25 minutes from Salvador Airport and close to the popular ‘Praia do Forte’.

Designed by the renowned architectural duo Bernardes and Jacobsen, the house sits on a 1,850 m² oceanfront plot – ideal for walks along the beach at low tide. Designed to take in Bahia’s constant sea breeze, the breathtaking ocean views seamlessly blend into the spacious interiors through glass walls, beautifully framed by the villa’s gorgeous wooden structure.

The villa has seven en-suite bedrooms, all with sea views. In addition to a large living room which overlooks the terrace and pool, the house has a number of cosy areas to relax in: a sauna, two large terraces, two viewing points for stargazing, a staffed beach area and a bar.

Itacaré Villa 07

Villa 7 is surrounded by lush greenery with beautiful views out to sea. It is the ideal place to spend a season with loved ones on this gorgeous stretch of the Bahian coast.

The villa is 807 m² and includes a master suite with a partial view to the sea and an adjoining child´s bedroom. The other bedrooms are located in individual bungalows, guaranteeing privacy.

The infinity pool is located in a communal area surrounded by the living room, an open plan kitchen and a beautiful veranda which allows for relaxing afternoons after a morning at the beach.

The villa´s decoration has Brazilian and Scandinavian touches and has been designed to blend into the surrounding countryside. It is decorated with pieces of art and furniture designed by local artisans and Brazilian designers.

Laranjeiras, Villa 17

Paraty Villa 11

You only need a few minutes in Villa 11 before you realise why the owners of this house fell in love with Paraty back in the 1960s. 

The villa has three suites and is located 10 minutes by boat from Paraty’s historic centre.  It is surrounded by lush Atlantic rainforest and a magical garden, with an abundance of native trees and tropical flowers.  There are two hiking trails within the property which take in the ruins of an imperial fort with its original canons and a 360 degree view of the bay of Paraty. 

The villa’s landlord owns the well known Pousada do Sandi in Paraty’s historical centre.  The internal décor is tasteful and stylish with floor to ceiling windows which show off the spectacular tropical rainforest and emerald green sea. 

Should you wish to visit some of the many tropical islands in the area or gather mussels at the mussel farm in Pouso da Cajaiba, there are two speedboats available to hire.
