Located in the Rio da Barra condominium, our Villa 77 is the perfect home for large groups who enjoy Trancoso’s festive vibe but still want a slice of paradise. With eight suites, the house is just a few metres from the sea and is surrounded by lush greenery.

To top it off, it offers an impressive infrastructure designed for creating unforgettable memories with special people. It includes the essentials – a pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room, and open-plan living areas – as well as unique spaces like an intimate underground nightclub. • 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.

Payment:
• 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 60 days before the check-in
