This five bedroom villa is located in a small luxury condominium near Angra dos Reis. It is surrounded by crystal clear emerald sea and virgin Atlantic rainforest which makes it the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature.

The villa has its own private beach and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens…the perfect place from which to enjoy lazy lunches prepared by the wonderful cook. If you feel a little more active this is the perfect location from which to snorkel and you may even catch a glimpse of a passing pod of dolphins.

The condominium has its own helipad, gym, tennis courts and football pitch and if you feel like venturing out to visit the many islands in the area, the villa has its own pier.

• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.
