Newly built Villa 1 is the ideal place to spend a season in Preá, one of Ceará´s most special seaside villages. Preá is near Jericoacoara and in recent years has become a kitesurfer´s paradise due to its favourable winds and laid-back atmosphere.

Villa 1´s beach location and its fabulous infrastructure make it the ideal place for kitesurfers and beach lovers. As well as the beach and sea, guests can also enjoy the villa´s gorgeous pool, hot tub, beach tennis and volleyball courts and games room. There are four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including one in its own bungalow a few steps from the sea.

From the rustic, yet minimalist decoration to the experienced house staff, all details have been taken care of to make your stay memorable. The villa is also ideally located for an array of excitingf activities and day trips in the area.
