Villa 58 is located in a small, eleven house condominium on Itapororoca beach in Trancoso.

The villa´s open plan, airy design allows guests to enjoy outdoor living to the full…offering the perfect Bahian beachside experience. The villa has been built around a large wooden deck area which interconnects the pool, the barbecue and the living room.

If what you need is total relaxation then the extremely comfortable sofas and armchairs in the living room are just the ticket…no matter what time of day, you will find it difficult to extricate yourself from them.

The beach is a short walk away along a path surrounded by lush green vegetation. Once at the beach, you can relax in the shade of a beautiful almond tree…this is perhaps the icing on the cake of this unique villa.

Note – in order to access the villa, you have to leave your car at the condominium gates and either walk a few metres or take one of the condominium golf buggies.

• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.
