The villa´s decoration has been meticulously designed, creating a seamless harmony between its interiors and the breathtaking natural surroundings. The décor extends beautifully from the bedrooms to the gorgeous terrace overlooking the pool, providing an inviting space for relaxation and special shared moments. The villa has four tastefully appointed en-suite bedrooms, making it an ideal haven for families or groups of friends, seeking both comfort and intimacy.

A short seven-minute walk brings you to Santa Rita Beach and for those seeking a little action, complimentary bikes, paddle boards and kayaks are made available to guests.

• 50% 30 days before the check-in

Cancellations:
• If cancellation is notified up to 90 days of the start date prior to check in – 50% of refund of the first installment.
• If cancellation is notified between 90 to 30 days of the start date prior to check in – 20% of refund of the first installment.
• If the cancellation is notified within 30 days of the start date prior to check in – No refund.

Payment:
• 50% for guaranteeing the stay
• 50% 60 days before the check-in
